In Memory of Douglas E. Raymond -- 1945 - 2005

The Retail Marketing Institute fondly remembers our friend and colleague, Founder Douglas E. Raymond.

Mr. Raymond founded the Retail Marketing Institute in 2002. It is an organization dedicated to executive level education and exchange, with a mission to affect positive change in the retail industry.

Mr. Raymond was recognized as a leading authority on marketing, brand strategy and advertising, trade association management, and conference concept development. A
graduate of Marquette University, Mr. Raymond was an accomplished public speaker and often quoted in the trade and business press, and authored numerous articles on branding, communications, conference concept development, and creativity.
